Booking a Session

Booking a Session

You can book a 15-minute free consultation using our online calendar. After you have had your consultation you will be able to book and pay for sessions online from your online portal. Sessions must be booked a minimum of 2 days in advance.

Cancelling and late cancellations policy

As there are clients waiting for available slots, we require a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your session. For cancellations of less than 48 hours, we would need to charge the full session fee.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling

To reschedule, contact us or use the online tool at least 48 hours in advance. For weekly therapy, sessions can be moved within the same week or added as an extra in the next, depending on your therapist’s availability.
