Therapy groups at The Mindful Practice are small and are held both online and in person. To ensure continuity of the groups, a minimum 12 week commitment is required to be able to join a group. This can be paid in full or in two installments of 6 sessions each.

For the group to function effectively and fairly, we ask that participants attend all sessions. Please note that missed sessions are non-refundable, as your place in the group is reserved for the full term. This structure helps preserve the group dynamic and ensures a consistent experience for everyone involved.
